A lightly structured classroom setting with early morning centers allow students to ease into the school day. Centers focus on STEM, the Arts, Literacy and more. Students work in small groups with a brief lesson before dismissal.

Quality Standards for Expanded Learning
The California Department of Education released its first guidelines for Expanded Learning Programs in 2014. These guidelines act as a framework of quality for programs on school campuses.
