We are excited to work with South O Elementary students in the 2023 2024 school year! BASE Programs is a 501c3 nonprofit organization, dedicated to providing quality expanded learning programs that promote student success. Established in 2008, we currently serve multiple elementary schools in the Oceanside School District. Together we inspire greatness!
