Annie is the lead coordinator at Palmquist Elementary.  With a background in early education and theater arts, she leads with innovation and creativity.  A graduate from Shenandoah University with a BFA in Musical Theater and an Early Childhood Credential from MiraCosta College, she continues to be a valuable resource to the program and to the organization.  She is also an active member of the local community through music and an award winning STEM Leader for the San Diego County Office of Education, Expanded Learning.

Registation Information

Registration for 2019 2020 School Year

If you are in need of the program for the current school year, please contact the school site coordinator directly.  Space is limited.  

Registration for 2020 2021 School Year

Registration for the upcoming school year opens on April 15th.  Please submit the initial application via email to your direct school site.  Applications will be processed in the order they are received.  Please do not send applications before April 15th, as they will not be processed.  Due to limited space, priority registration is for full time students only.  Part time students will be welcomed in as space allows.  Please understand that our registration is dependent on school registration, so changes may occur.  Our goal is to support as many families as we can without compromising the quality of the program.

ASES PM Program Applicants

The ASES PM grant is through the OUSD school district.  ASES applications must be filled out in person on the school site.  You can pick up these applications on April 15th or thereafter in the BASE Classroom.  There are no financial requirements to qualify, however the ASES grant does require adherence to a strict attendance policy.

Tuition is based on an annual basis (180 school days) and has been prorated to be the same rate each month. *Please note that August and June are half cost.
