We are excited to work with Stuart Mesa students in the 2023 2024 school year! BASE Programs is a 501c3 nonprofit organization, dedicated to providing quality expanded learning programs that promote student success. Established in 2008, we currently serve 7 elementary schools in the Oceanside School District. Together we inspire greatness!
