In Person Programs

In partnership with OUSD, BASE Programs has launched an "In-Person" program that supports virtual learning and supplemental enrichment opportunities.  This program is available to health care essential worker families with students who attend South Oceanside Elementary and Palmquist Elementary.  This program is on campus at Palmquist Elementary and is offered at no cost to families, thanks to ASES grant funding.

This program operates Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm

Virtual Programs


BASE Programs will continue to provide virtual learning opportunities for our schools who have received ASES funding.  Please send our general registration form to the corresponding school.  Students will be provided lessons and supplies to support their learning opportunities!
